I may be wrong but I think once the security is turned on, it can't be turned off. -

I saw a youtube video and the dude sent his in to some company ,and for 100$ the reprogrammed his pcm and turned off all that ,so now he can start with any key. There was a step by step process that had to be followed but it worked. I would love to do it.
